June 1988 – September 2000 - President, MHS Associates, Inc. MHS Associates was an
investment banking firm specializing in the security alarm industry. Investment banking
services include mergers and acquisition advice, corporate finance (including debt and equity),
and advisory services.

2006 to Present – Director-Finance Services-Newest member of Security Performance
Partners, LLC. Responsible for providing advisory services for structuring and negotiating
finance facilities for growth capital and merger and acquisition financing in the electronic
security industry as well as other highly fragmented service industries..

1996-2004 – First Vice President and Division Head of LaSalle Bank’s (Chicago) Security
Alarm Lending Division. Customers included wholesale, residential and commercial
installation companies. The portfolio in excess of $300 million made LaSalle Bank the largest
lender to the industry. Held positions of increasing responsibility ranging from Credit Analyst to
First Vice President after completing LaSalle Bank’s Credit Training Program. Security Alarm
focused since 1999.

1996 – Hired by LaSalle Bank upon graduating from University of Notre Dame with a degree in
Economics.
